A Japanese Scientist, Masaru Emoto began a research project to find out if words and thoughts have power in themselves to define reality. He spoke words of blessings and curses into containers of water, he then froze the water and took pictures of the formation of water on a molecular level.
Words spoken with conviction do have a tremendous impact to bless (and do the opposite)! Words like happy, good and love illustrated beautiful and complex images in the frozen water. Words like depressed, bad and hate led to dark, dense images in the water.
Let's be aware of how we receive words which can leave a lasting positive or negative impact on us. Let's actively choose what we allow to seep into our minds (bodies) and souls .
